The first half of the book was really entertaining and I was sure that this would become a very fun and quick read for me. I also love how at the end they actually talked about not getting married yet because they want to work on building their careers and even tho they seem like the most immature couple that makes them the most mature couple. First, it felt like I was reading a romance story, then I was suddenly entering crime scenes with hints of suspense. Plot wise I was invested because of Ava’s past and I wanted to know about this fictional world but I didn’t personally vibe with the plot twist.
